Receipt photos are sent through RefundRadar to OpenAI when you choose Analyze receipt. Pasted, OCR, and PDF text is sent only after you review it. OpenAI response storage is disabled, although OpenAI may temporarily retain API data for abuse monitoring. RefundRadar does not save original files or source text; Save keeps only structured purchase details. Do not include passwords or complete card numbers.
